The room was pretty spacious and clean, which made it cozy. The bed was comfortable, but a bit too firm for my liking. I could hear hardly any noise from outside or other rooms, which was nice for a peaceful night. The bathroom could've used some touch-ups, though. Overall, not too drastic, but just a few minor issues.

We had a great experience here we came to celebrate our son’s 14th birthday and the warm soft complementary cookies were a nice touch that really made the stay feel special and the room was bigger than I expected and the beds were very comfortable

We enjoyed a family trip filled with excitement, especially at White Water Canyon Water Park. It’s a fantastic place to float down the lazy river with my niece, and after a day of adventure, we loved unwinding in our suite with a flat-screen TV to catch our favorite shows.

My kids wished the pool had been cleaner. It was quite murky and made us uncomfortable, which was disappointing for a family visit.

The room was super spacious, clean, and had great lighting. The walk-in shower was a standout with excellent water pressure. Loved the cozy decor that felt more boutique than chain. There was ample parking and it was well-lit at night, making it comfortable for our family.

great central spot for park views and family fun

During my stay, I loved being just about 5 km from the Tinley Park Convention Center and less than 2 km from Orland Grassland South. both spots are perfect for weekend strolls and offer beautiful scenery that makes for an enjoyable leisurely day, making me feel relaxed and welcomed like I was part of the hotel family.

Clean rooms, but the shower grout was very dirty.

We ventured to the Millenium Park and floated down the lazy river at the water park. Our base was perfect, close to everything, making it easy to explore shows and unwind with our favorite series on the TV.

The pool was in need of cleaning. I noticed a film over it from the window. It could have been a better experience for us.
